Canopy & Extraction Deep Clean
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 stipulates that all non-domestic kitchens must show a cleaning and maintenance regime for fire prevention purposes. In the event of personal injury or death associated with a kitchen fire, then charges of corporate liability could be brought against the “persons” in charge and/or the business.
Insurance Requirements are becoming more strict, with over 25% of commercial fires beginning in kitchens, insurance companies are imposing clauses which require your business to carry out certain cleaning and maintenance procedures, if in the event of a claim and evidence of deep cleaning could not be provided, insurers may not pay out.
Diamond Deep Clean Solutions work to TR19 specification, the industry guidelines for canopy & extraction cleaning requirements. (Scroll down to see the TR19 Guideline Chart)
Apart of TR19 requirements, we provide a detailed post-clean report containing all compliant information, ducting layout, photographic evidence (before & after) and certification of maintenance.
Your documents and reports are stored on our secure database ensuring all information is backed up if ever required to show evidence of compliance. All of this is included in the price and you can request your information for free at anypoint in the future.

Accessing Your System
You don’t need to worry if your system has hard to reach areas or limited access.
Our knowledgeable consultants assess such issues during the survey, we then address these issues during our work planning stage.
We can supply and fit access panels if required and we have PASMA and IPAF qualified technicians should we need to use specialist access equipment such as lifts or towers to gain access to high-level areas.
Areas with excessive contamination can be hard to clean through access hatches, this is why we train our technicians to be able to dismantle ducting, so there is nothing restricting them from completing your clean to TR19 specifications.
